What we can prove, and what we refuse to make up
Most cleaning websites open with a number. Six hundred sites serviced. Ten thousand cleans completed. Four-point-nine stars from a hundred and eighty-seven reviews. It is very effective and it is almost always fabricated, and the moment you go looking for the reviews behind the rating you find there are none.
Clean Best is not going to do that on this site. What follows is everything we are actually prepared to assert about the company that would clean your Auburn premises, and it is a short list on purpose.
What is true

We have traded since 2015. We are family-operated. We work out of 54 Columbia Rd, Seven Hills NSW 2147, and Auburn sits inside the run we service from there, along with Lidcombe, Berala, Regents Park, Granville, Clyde and Silverwater.
We carry $20m public liability cover and workers compensation for everyone on the roster, and we will email you the certificate of currency before you ask for it. Every cleaner holds a current National Police Check before their first shift. Cleaners working in childcare centres, schools or any premises children use hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check as well.
What is not on this website, and why
There are no testimonials anywhere on this site. Not because nobody is happy with the work, but because we do not currently hold signed consent from Auburn clients to publish quotes attributed to them. Inventing a testimonial — or writing a real client's opinion in words they never used — is misleading conduct under Australian Consumer Law. The slot stays empty until there is something honest to put in it.
There is no star rating and no review count in our page markup either. It is the least glamorous commitment on this page and it is the one that decides everything, because a cleaner who has been in your shop forty times knows which bin fills first and which corner the last one always missed, and a stranger does not.
Above them, a named supervisor with a mobile number you actually have. They walk your premises once a month against the written scope, and they send you what they found — including the things you had not noticed yet. Anything below standard is corrected before the next scheduled visit, at no charge.
And nothing that locks you in. Change the frequency, add a room, drop one, pause for a shutdown, or leave on 30 days notice. We would rather earn next month than hold a small Auburn business to a clause it regrets signing at the start.

How long has Clean Best been trading?
Clean Best has traded since 2015 and is family-operated. That is the only tenure claim on this website, and it is a real one. There is no client count on this site, no square-metre total, no star rating and no review score, because we do not have audited figures for any of them. When real Google reviews exist they will sit on our Google Business Profile where Google can verify them, not be typed into our own markup.
Why are there no testimonials on this website?
Because Clean Best does not have testimonials from Auburn clients who have given consent for them to be published. Writing plausible-sounding quotes and attaching invented names to them is misleading conduct under Australian Consumer Law, and it is also transparently obvious to anyone who reads more than two cleaning websites. What happens if we are not happy with a clean?
Ring the supervisor whose mobile number you were given at the start, and it gets fixed before the next scheduled visit at no extra charge. Clean Best also walks your Auburn premises monthly against the written scope and sends you what was found, which is how most problems get caught before you notice them. If it keeps happening, you leave on 30 days notice and we have earned that. There is nothing in the agreement holding you.
Do you subcontract the work to somebody else?
The cleaner who services your Auburn premises is on the Clean Best roster, police-checked by us, inducted by us, and audited monthly by a Clean Best supervisor. If a specialist program falls outside what our own crew does — kitchen exhaust and canopy degreasing is the usual example — we will tell you that plainly and quote it as a separate line rather than folding it into the general clean and hoping you do not ask.
